We have exciting news for eligible Georgia families: thanks to our generous donors, all eligible 2024-2025 Georgia student scholarships will be awarded up to the state maximum of $12,857!
AAA scholarships help families pay for tuition, books and fees at eligible private schools (up to grade 12). If your child is struggling in their current school and you think you can’t afford to put them into a good private school, let us help!
Explore Scholarships Available to Georgia Families
AAA is a state approved student scholarship organization (SSO). SSOs provide student scholarships to parents of eligible Georgia children who plan to attend private schools.
2024-25 School Year Applications
Our 2024-25 scholarship application submission window is now closed. Check back here in February 2025 for information about our 2025-26 scholarship application.
The 2024-25 application submission deadline was Friday, April 26, 2024. If your application was submitted by that date, it will be processed in the order received. If it was submitted after that date, it will not be processed.
Your 2024-2025 school year application must have included one Household application and at least one Student application (including supporting documents) to activate the green “Submit Application” button.
You must have clicked on the green “Submit Application” button to submit your application to us for processing. You would have received an email confirmation from us once your application was been submitted.

Have you heard the news? AAA has an online Scholarship Management Platform (“SMP”) that makes it simple and convenient to manage your child’s scholarship with AAA. Scroll down for helpful information on how to use our SMP.

Eligibility Requirements for New Students
To be eligible for a new scholarship, all of the following requirements must be met:
1. The household must complete the scholarship application and send it along with ALL required supporting documentation listed on the application BY THE STATED SUBMISSION DEADLINE.
2. The student(s) must be:
Entering Pre-Kindergarten(Pre-K4), Kindergarten(K) or First (1st) Grade. Public school attendance is not required.
OR
Entering 2nd–12th grade and have attended six (6) weeks at a Georgia public school, by law
OR
Zoned for a low-performing public school specified by law. Visit the GA Department of Education’s webpage for Low Performing Schools and scroll down to the link to search for the assigned low-performing public school in your district.
OR
Documented bullying of the student in Georgia public school.
OR
Attended a home school program the entire school year for the previous year. Home school documentation is required (declaration of intent to home school).
3. Students must meet the age eligibility for Georgia. Student(s) must be between 4-20 years old on September 1st, by law.
4. The household must meet the annual income guidelines (updated annually).
5. The household must not have been disqualified/revoked from the program for any reason, including the internal audit process.
6. The household must be residents of Georgia to apply for a scholarship
Scholarship Management Platform (“SMP”)
After your eligibility has been determined, we will email you a determination letter and invitation to create an account on our new Scholarship Management Platform.
Once you have created an SMP account, you can sign back into it here: https://start.aaascholarships.org/userlogin
If you are not able to find your child’s school on the SMP, please contact them to ask if they have responded to the AAA email invitation. The school must complete their onboarding process before parents can choose them on the SMP.
You will not lose your child’s scholarship for missing an SMP deadline, however, we do ask that you contact your child’s school to ask if they have completed the AAA onboarding process so that your child’s scholarship payments are not delayed.
Once the school has completed that process, they will be available for you to select. If they’re having trouble with that process, we ask that they please send an email with details of the problem to us at help@aaascholarships.org.

Scholarship Values
The maximum scholarship award value is limited by the state. In an effort to ensure that the neediest families receive the most help, AAA goes one step further and awards scholarships based on the following sliding scale:
100% scholarship for families with incomes of 185 (new applicants) and 200 (renewing applicants) percent of poverty
75% scholarship for families with incomes of between 201 and 225 percent of poverty
50% scholarship for families with incomes of between 226 and 250 percent of poverty
25% scholarship for families with incomes of between 251 and 300 percent of poverty
