Approval of your school to participate in the scholarship program does not equate to approval of scholarships for students. Each student must be approved for a scholarship by AAA (and have that scholarship funded) before any payments will be processed. Schools should not accept any students without a Scholarship Award Letter and School Commitment Form (SCF) unless the household: 1) is willing to self-pay their tuition and fees until they are awarded a scholarship and 2) will self-pay if they are not.

Important Update: New SCF Process for AAA Scholarship recipients
We would like to inform you that starting with the 2024-2025 school year, AAA Scholarships will implement a new School Commitment Form (SCF) process. As part of this update, all awarded applicants will be required to submit proof of enrollment at an eligible private school of their choice.
To comply with our requirements, the proof of enrollment must include the following details:

Verification Report (“VR”)
Verification reports (“VRs”) are sent to schools according to the Scholarship Payment Calendar at the bottom of this page. By default, VRs are emailed to the school’s director or authorized decision maker. If you were expecting a VR report and haven’t received it, please reach out to us to confirm that we have the correct contact information on file for your school by emailing us at GAschools@aaascholarships.org.
